The easiest way to do this is via focus tree but it can also be done with events, and hopefully decisions when they are released here.ġ) Make a new country but do NOT assign it any states.Ģ) On that country, pick the color, name, and tag you want for your formable.ģ) On the country that will form that nation, go to their focus tree and make a new focus. I've had some trouble trying to make formable nations and changing colors, but I think I finally got it down.
